RESYS-Consultants
A two-month internship in the Cybersecurity Consulting department, on the NIS2 directive and its French transposition, the ANSSI ReCyF referential. I turned the directive into the documents a consulting firm hands a client, then wrote a 51-page study of it on my own initiative.
- A 49-slide presentation on how a cybersecurity consulting firm is organised, and on NIS2.
- A 48-slide course deck on the directive: who it covers, the 24-hour, 72-hour and one-month notification timeline, the sanctions and the twenty ReCyF objectives.
- A maturity assessment report built on the firm's own 91-control instrument: scores grouped by domain, a gap measured against a level 3 target, and a prioritised action plan of twenty actions over three horizons. Client work is confidential, so it was run on a reference scenario, not a real organisation.
- A carbon footprint calculation tool on the ADEME Bilan Carbone method: a spreadsheet with 33 sourced emission factors, each rated by how well it could be cross-checked.
Cap sur NIS2. Study report, 51 pages, in French: from the European directive to the ReCyF referential, using RESYS-Consultants as the worked case. Written on my own initiative and presented to the managing director.
